Minimum Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree in Finance

Experience Required:

• At least 10 years' experience in financial services
• Previous experience heading a finance team and delivering key MIS to business units
• Management accounting reporting experience with understanding of finance regulatory frameworks
• Broad understanding of a business environment
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques
• Ability to construct and interpret financial statements
• Proficiency in well-known finance applications

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function for BCB Technology, including developing and executing processes aligned with BCB Finance & BCB Technology strategies
• Support BCB Technology, Business, and Finance stakeholders, transforming finance into a true business partner that influences business direction, especially in Technology
• Drive business change beyond a narrow finance perspective
• Manage the BCB Technology Finance team according to SBG's leadership principles, including recruitment, performance management, training, discipline, retention, reward, and administration
• Coordinate with internal and external audit regarding financial controls and address audit issues by implementing corrective actions
• Develop and nurture inter-team relationships to support agile working and organizational delivery
• Contribute to strategic business delivery through quarterly reviews and discussions
• Collaborate with the BCB CIO and reports to optimize returns by managing key business and value drivers within Group Finance policy
