Job summary
A progressive energy organization seeks a remote Executive Assistant to support Senior Leadership in Cape Town. The role requires at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, with strong administrative and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with other department heads, assist with travel arrangements, and manage daily tasks for the Head of People. Opportunities for occasional international travel are included.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience in cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Leadership with daily tasks.
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and travel.
- Support Head of People in administrative duties.
