We are seeking a remote Project Coordinator to join our team in South Africa.

Working Hours: 9am – 5:30pm EST

1. Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating with various departments to meet project needs.
3. Task Coordination: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
7. Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
8. Budget Tracking: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.
9. Problem Solving: Evaluate and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

• Fluency in English with minimal accent is a must.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and closing.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
