Job summary
A leading digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create high-converting ad creatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This role requires collaboration with performance marketers and offers a remote work environment with standard hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creative work with measurable success.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Develop visually compelling assets for web, email, landing pages, and social media.
- Work with performance marketers to test and iterate on creative concepts.

- Design high-converting ad creatives for paid social and display campaigns
- Develop visually compelling assets for web, email, landing pages, and social media
- Work with performance marketers to test and iterate on creative concepts
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all projects
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creative work with measurable success
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design / prototyping tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography
- Familiarity with performance marketing and data-driven design principles
- Comfortable working remotely and available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with A / B testing creative variants
- Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B clients
