We’re on the hunt for a Commercial Lead – Distribution. Responsibilities
  • Own distribution commercials, including cost of sale, lifetime value (LTV), and REM models.
  • Lead data insights and reporting through cost‑benefit analysis and ROI evaluations.
  • Manage distribution owner tax implications.
  • Act as the strategic link between the Distribution team and senior stakeholders, such as the CFO, CEO, and CGO.
Qualifications
  • CIMA, CA or ACMA qualification.
  • Eight or more years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts — including generating insights from data.
  • Strong understanding of tax structures and their impact on distribution.
  • A history of delivering measurable commercial improvements and influencing senior decision-makers.
