  • Process and format ambient monitoring data.
  • Compile ambient air quality monitoring reports.
  • Compile emission inventories and run dispersion models.
  • Prepare Air Quality Impact Assessments and Air Quality Management Plans.
  • Manage projects including financial, safety, and logistics.

Job Description

Job Purpose

Involvement in all aspects of ambient air quality impact assessments, including coordination of air quality monitoring, compilation of emission inventories, atmospheric dispersion modelling, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and plan fieldwork, and meet all health & safety obligations, incorporating SLR and client requirements.
  • Process and format ambient monitoring data, inclusive of meteorological, dust fallout, particulate matter and gas monitoring data.
  • Compile ambient air quality monitoring reports.
  • Compile emission inventories and run dispersion models (software examples, TANKS, LandGEM, AERMOD).
  • Prepare Air Quality Impact Assessments and Air Quality Management Plans.
  • Project management, including financial, health & safety, logistics and team management.
