A security services company is seeking a Technical Assistant to assist with the installation of alarm systems in South Africa. The candidate should have a Grade 12 education and at least 1 year of experience as a wireman. Responsibilities include running cables, connecting detectors, and cleaning up after installations. This position encourages Historically Disadvantaged Candidates and Black Female Candidates as per company policy.
To assist the Installations Technician with installing of cabling of an alarm system, drilling and be able to connect detectors. A Technical Assistant at this level is suitably qualified and experienced (to the Company’s standards) to install the cabling of an alarm system, do drilling on his own and connect detectors.
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
