Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• 2-3 years collections experience in a high volume consumer environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients for payment of overdue amounts.
• Record notes from calls in the Listener system.
• Achieve daily collection call targets.
• Verify client information in the system.
• Process credit note requests and client refunds.
