A leading security services provider in Johannesburg is seeking a Training Officer to facilitate and assess training interventions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, a Grade 12 qualification, and necessary registrations with ETDP SETA and SASSETA. This role is on a fixed-term contract for 3 years, aimed at ensuring compliance with training standards and legislative guidelines.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Driver's Licence (EB).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Packages.
- Accreditations with ETDP SETA & SASSETA.
Responsabilités
- Present and assess training interventions.
- Coach learners to ensure competence.
- Ensure compliance with curricula and assessment methods.

Purpose of the Position
The primary function of this role is to present facilitate and assess training interventions within the area of responsibility ensuring compliance with best practices quality assurance standards and industry requirements as stipulated in applicable legislation.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Valid Drivers Licence (EB)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Packages
- Accreditation & Registrations :
- PSIRA Grades EA Instructor
- Facilitator registration with ETDP SETA
- Assessor registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA
- Moderator registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA (advantageous).
- Accreditation to facilitate and assess Skills Programmes 1 2 and 3 (compulsory).
- General Security Practices (GSO) at NQF Level 3
- Specialist Security Practices Qualification at NQF Level 4 (would be beneficial)
