A leading mobile payment platform in Cape Town is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to head their development team. You will lead the delivery of scalable software solutions and drive innovation in digital payments. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in software engineering with proven leadership experience, particularly in fintech. This permanent position offers a salary of up to R1.3 million per annum depending on experience.
