Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong technical skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant data centre experience preferable.
  • Extensive knowledge of network topology and protocols is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage working methods to ensure all clients SLAs are achieved.
  • Configuration and management of Data Centre monitoring systems.
  • Logging daily tickets for issues picked up with regards to offline devices.
