You should have at least 3 years of experience and be open to working shifts, including nights and weekends. You will need to be keen to learn with a can-do attitude. Ensure that excellent customer relations are a priority, maintain those relationships, and ensure the agreed standards for SLA and updating the database are maintained.
You should enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and problem solving on the spot. This role requires working overtime, weekends, and standby from time to time.
This position will require you to work shifts (one week day shift and one week night shift).
