- Provide support for Arch user to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage hardware and software issues related to retail software.

You will be providing Arch user support to our in house developed Retail Software Arch. This may include but not limited to Hardware and Software support. (EFT, Retail software support, Loyalty programmes, Estore and much more)
