Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital setting.
  • At least 1 year of mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Unit Manager in ensuring a safe and positive client experience.
  • Provide direct patient care and mentorship to new and student nurses.
  • Manage and enhance the client experience and staffing resources.
  • Assist with the management of operational expenses.
