Job description
Debtors Clerk position available in Boksburg.
Our client requires a proactive Debtors Clerk to manage all debtor-related functions with accuracy and efficiency with experience in the Manufacturing and/or Mining industry.
Salary: R22 000 per month including provident fund.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Invoicing: Generate and track local & foreign invoices.
- Account Monitoring: Weekly reviews, debt follow-ups, reporting to CFO & MD.
- Payments & Reconciliation: Match payments, resolve disputes, update records.
- Syspro Processing: Allocate receipts, maintain up-to-date ledgers.
- Customer Service: Handle queries, send reminders, provide statements.
- Reporting & Audits: Support cash forecasting and audit preparation.
Requirements:
- Matric + Debtors Control qualification
- Relevant experience – Syspro a requirement.
- Attention to detail & strong communication skills
- Note: Overtime may be required during audits/year-end.
