Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining advanced software solutions for the medical industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong Delphi expertise, multi-language proficiency, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical growth.
Ensure compliance with medical software standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of Delphi development experience.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Java, Node.js, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Proven experience in developing software solutions within the medical field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience with healthcare software standards and regulations.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations.
Previous leadership or project management experience.
