• Ensure delivery of expert technical support in electrical engineering projects, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee the execution of fit‑for‑purpose engineering designs, ensuring compliance with legislative and company standards.
• Manage project budgets efficiently, ensuring cost recovery and adherence to financial parameters.

• BEng Electrical Engineering (Essential/Minimum)
• Government Certificate of Competence: Engineering (Recommended/Desirable)
• 6‑8 years of experience in maintenance, hazard identification, risk assessment, procurement, project engineering, contract, and project management (Essential/Minimum)
• Certification in Project Management (Recommended/Desirable)
• Management Development Programme accreditation (Recommended/Desirable)
• Membership with the Engineering Council of South Africa (PrEng) (Essential/Minimum)
• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) To be conducted by Exxaro
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) To be conducted by Exxaro
• Proven ability to manage project budgets efficiently
• Experience in fostering professional networks and safeguarding intellectual property
