• Maintain a 60% average for your academic year.

Duties and Responsibilities

When you start your Training Contract after completing your studies, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Completing the personal performance review process as required by SAICA and the firm.
• Completing delegated work accurately and efficiently, understanding the requirements, and taking full responsibility for your work.
• Ensuring all audit documentation is accurate and neat.
• Attending to and clearing all audit review notes.
• Performing on-the-job administration.
• Keeping up to date with accounting & auditing standards and relevant legislation.
• Proactively preparing for audits, including organizing logistics, administration, photocopying, etc.
• Planning small audits, such as for body corporates, share blocks, and investment property companies, which includes gathering information about the entity, setting planning materiality, conducting risk assessments, and completing planning memorandums and audit programs.
• Attending to and clearing all audit review notes for small audits.
