What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives
  • Setting targets and tracking performance and KPIs
  • Coaching, mentoring, and addressing underperformance
  • Supporting key accounts and high-value deals
  • Handling complex customer and internal challenges
  • Preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations
  • Working closely with logistics and finance teams
What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
