We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in the construction industry, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is passionate about building strong relationships with retail merchants, contractors, and developers. If you have a proven track record in sales, a good understanding of construction products, and the ability to identify market opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of construction products to retail merchants and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, contractors, and developers.
  • Promote product value through technical knowledge and tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support product launches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage account-related admin.
  • Ensure debt collection and stock merchandising within your area.
  • Deliver product training and support to customers as needed.
Qualifications
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Diploma or degree in construction / building disciplines (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role
  • Proven success in sales, especially in introducing new products
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and procurement processes
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
