Position: Sales Manager Inland

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the sales team across three inland regions, executing against budgets.
  2. Manage teams, develop strategies, and adapt to diverse market dynamics.
  3. Foster customer relationships by delivering superior performance management while supporting our culture and aligning efforts with company goals.
  4. Drive sales growth through strategic planning, data insights, customer focus, and lead conversion.
  5. Support, lead, and develop the sales team to meet targets and uphold company values.
  6. Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
  7. Build strong customer relationships by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
Reporting:

Report to the General Manager.

Minimum Education:

National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & SAP Business One
  • Technical understanding of motor vehicle air-conditioning and product knowledge (preferred)
  • Automotive Parts Product Knowledge
  • Customer service and experience
  • Mathematical Numeracy
  • Business acumen
Preferred Exposure & Experience:
  • CRM systems
  • OKR process and understanding
  • Netstock & Qlikview
  • Existing customer network
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Automotive Parts
  • At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Wholesale or retail replacement parts sales experience (preferable)
  • Experience in automotive mobile (moving) and air conditioning (preferable)
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth
Remuneration & Benefits:

Salary: 30K – 40K depending on experience

Commission, Medical Aid contribution, and Provident fund.
