Position: Sales Manager Inland

Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team across three inland regions, executing against budgets.
- Manage teams, develop strategies, and adapt to diverse market dynamics.
- Foster customer relationships by delivering superior performance management while supporting our culture and aligning efforts with company goals.
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning, data insights, customer focus, and lead conversion.
- Support, lead, and develop the sales team to meet targets and uphold company values.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Build strong customer relationships by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
Reporting:
Report to the General Manager.
Minimum Education:
National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & SAP Business One
- Technical understanding of motor vehicle air-conditioning and product knowledge (preferred)
- Automotive Parts Product Knowledge
- Customer service and experience
- Mathematical Numeracy
- Business acumen
Preferred Exposure & Experience:
- CRM systems
- OKR process and understanding
- Netstock & Qlikview
- Existing customer network
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Automotive Parts
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Wholesale or retail replacement parts sales experience (preferable)
- Experience in automotive mobile (moving) and air conditioning (preferable)
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth
Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary: 30K – 40K depending on experience
Commission, Medical Aid contribution, and Provident fund.
