Job title: Regional Sales Manager (Bloemfontein)
Job Location: Free State, Bloemfontein

Responsibilities
- Achieve set targets and grow MAN truck sales and market share within the assigned region.
- Set, monitor, and report on regional sales targets and performance against agreed KPIs.
- Support dealers in developing and executing annual business plans and sales strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to MAN standards.
- Manage the sales relationship between MAN NSC RSA and appointed Private Capital Dealers (PCDs).
- Track competitor activity and advise on tactical sales plans.
- Actively engage in customer visits and support deal-making activities.
- Identify and address sales challenges, implementing corrective action plans.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams and dealer staff.
- Support PCDs with recruitment, training, mentoring, and retention of sales staff.
- Conduct joint customer visits and provide direct sales support where required.
- Collaborate with the Head of Truck Sales to align sales strategies with national objectives.
- Ensure regional marketing and communication initiatives are effectively implemented.
Qualifications
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
- Relevant bachelor's degree
Skills
- Customer focused with a results driven approach.
- Experience in new and used vehicle sales processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Develop and motivate staff.
- Market knowledge.
- High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
Experience
- Sales experience within the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 10 years' Experience, leading and motivating a team - 7 years.
