Job Description
We’re seeking a Sales Representative with proven sales track record from the Nutraceutical, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Liquor industry to join a forward‑thinking team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on building current relationships, driving growth, and leading with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an allocated sales territory - inland and coastal.
- Follow a client calling cycle and visit all customers (doctors, pharmacies, retailers and other healthcare professionals monthly.
- Follow and professionally execute sales and promotional plans and schedules, monitor success and reporting.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, wholesalers, buying groups, and direct accounts.
- Generate new business leads with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Oversee stock control, merchandising, and order taking.
- Lead and manage retail representatives, merchandisers, and in‑store promoters.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Representative in Nutraceutical, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Liquor.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Proven sales and marketing track record with a passion for new business development.
- Target‑driven and motivated by commission and incentives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Willingness to travel, including country trips every 5–6 weeks.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
