Glenstantia Primary School seeks to Appoint a Music and Choir Teacher (Grades R – 7)

Do you have a passion for nurturing a love of music and performance in young learners? Glenstantia Primary School is looking for a talented and dedicated Music and Choir Teacher to guide learners from Grade R to Grade 7, bringing energy, creativity, and harmony to our school community.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A recognised REQV14 qualification (4-year Education Diploma or B-Ed / BA (Ed))

  • Relevant music teaching qualification

  • Music teaching experience across Grades R–7

  • Proven choir experience

  • Ability to play piano (Grade 5 level) for assemblies and choir accompaniment

  • School concert experience will be an advantage

  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Computer literacy with the ability to integrate technology into teaching

  • Willingness to participate actively in extramural and co-curricular activities

  • SACE registration and valid certificate

Applicants must have no criminal record and provide valid police clearance.
