Role Overview

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll own campaign strategy, performance analysis, and client communications. You’ll work directly with hospitality and leisure brands, managing budgets, optimising campaigns, and briefing creatives that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimise high-performance Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign data from dashboards, ad platforms, and booking systems, turning insights into clear action plans.
  • Identify creative opportunities and brief design teams with precision.
  • Run continuous testing — targeting, creative, copy, and landing pages — to push performance higher.
  • Manage budgets to consistently meet or exceed ROAS and CPA targets.
  • Lead client calls and maintain responsive, proactive communication (including WhatsApp).
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, and audience shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of paid media campaign management experience (hospitality/leisure/events a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills combined with creative instincts — passionate about understanding both the “why” and the “what.”
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to adapt tone to fit different brands.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to pivot between diverse audiences.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes full ownership of results.
