Role Summary
We’re seeking a driven and dependable Enrollment Manager to lead outbound efforts, manage inbound interest, and guide potential clients through a seamless onboarding experience. This is a highly client-facing, results-driven role requiring strong communication skills, proven follow-through, and a sales-minded approach to support growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate brings both warmth and professionalism to every interaction, is comfortable with outbound calling, and has a strong track record of performance in enrollment, sales coordination, or client success roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (warm leads) and manage inbound interest
- Qualify, engage, and guide clients through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to onboarding
- Collaborate with internal operations and project management teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and outcomes
- Track and report on enrollment KPIs such as conversion rates and pipeline movement
- Ensure high client satisfaction during and after the enrollment process
- Identify areas for improving client communication and the overall enrollment experience
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in enrollment, outbound sales, or client-facing support
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of interactions with professionalism and care
- Strong organizational skills and CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Solid internet connectivity and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Stability and commitment — candidates with strong tenure in past roles are preferred
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in the home healthcare space
- Familiarity with remote tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom)
- Previous work with warm-lead or relationship-based sales models
- Natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts
- Resourceful and proactive—takes ownership and follows through without micromanagement
- Steady, reliable, and motivated by both client impact and performance goals
- Comfortable working U.S.-aligned hours and handling sensitive client needs with care
