Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in assistant store management role.
• Financial management experience with budgets and financial ratios.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in store operations and service excellence.
• Drive sales and build customer loyalty to meet targets.
• Manage operational activities including stock and expenses.
• Ensure in-store merchandising meets brand standards.

Skills

Understanding and application of financial management principles

Retail/FMCG background

Customer service excellence

Strong communication skills

Good numeracy skills

Education

Grade 12 with Maths and English 50%

Relevant Retail/Business Management qualification

Degree in Relevant Retail/Business Management
