  • Contract Management
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers for maintenance, security, and other services.
  • Handle disputes with contractors and service providers
  • Ensure that lease agreements aligned with owners' objectives
  • Strategic Oversight
  • Develop business plans to maximise property value and revenue
  • Providing strategic direction and oversight to the Property Manager to ensure the administration and maintenance activities align with the company’s goals and standards.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Regularly reviewing and assessing the performance of the Property Manager and the properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal operation.
  • Security Portfolio Management
  • Overseeing potential security functions to safeguard the properties and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Manage property expenses, including taxes, insurance and maintenance costs
  • Prepare and report on the properties financial status to owners
  • Resource Allocation
  • Managing resources effectively to support the maintenance and administration of the properties, including budgeting and financial oversight.
