This role is ideal for unemployed youth seeking practical workplace experience within the automotive aftersales environment. The successful intern will receive structured on-the-job training and exposure to service reception, customer liaison, and basic workshop administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers at the service reception desk in a professional and courteous manner
  • Book vehicles in for services and repairs in accordance with workshop capacity
  • Open and update job cards accurately
  • Communicate service requirements between customers and workshop technicians
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and completion times
  • Assist with invoicing preparation and basic administrative duties
  • Maintain service records and ensure compliance with dealership processes
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements
