MetaSport is a leading sports event organiser in Singapore. In 2026 we are organising several local and prestigious international events. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Operations Executive to drive the production of these events. The role involves managing the planning and implementation of all operational aspects of the events, with the goal of delivering a high quality and safe race experience to our participants, while meeting the key requirements of our stakeholders. Working to set deadlines and within budgets is essential.

• Develop detailed and thorough event plans including venue layout, set-up, cleaning, signage, equipment, etc.
• Drive the execution of the plans timely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Prepare project plans for internal review.
• Develop effective and efficient working relationships within the MetaSport team and with the client to execute the project smoothly and effectively.
• Provide cost-effective solutions finding budget savings, when possible, while maintaining high standards
• Source, hire, brief then manage and appraise contractors throughout the race week set-up and tear-down process.
• Develop and manage department processes and procedures.
• Source consumables, materials, and equipment where required.
• Provide transport and logistics solutions where required.
• Coordinate post-event debriefs to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the project.
• Prepare post-event reports for your project areas.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience delivering mass participation sports events an added advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Positive attitude and a team player

• Full-time
• Duration: Two months, 1 March - 6 May 2026
• Work from home arrangement
• Willing to work on weekends and outside normal work hours as required
• Salary: $3,500-$3,700 month plus CPF & data allowance
