Job summary
A care management organization in Singapore seeks an experienced Manager to oversee operations and care for persons with intellectual disabilities. The role requires strong leadership skills, a degree/diploma in a relevant field, and 3–5 years of related experience. The Manager will lead a multidisciplinary care team and ensure high-quality service delivery in a regulated environment.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in disability or residential care is required.
- Must demonstrate a passion for working with persons with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities and programs at the residential home and daycare centers.
- Plan and coordinate programs that support clients’ life skills and independence.
- Work closely with therapists and caregivers for high-quality care.
- Manage reports, records, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Education
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead the operations and care management for person with intellectual disabilities. This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
- Oversee daily activities and programmes at the residential home and day care centres.
- Plan and coordinate programmes that support clients’ life skills and independence.
- Work closely with therapists, caregivers, and staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Manage reports, records, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and support audits or reviews.
- Oversee staff performance and training needs.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary care team.
- Collaborate with caregivers, funders, and community partners.
- Build strong relationships to enhance service delivery and organisational goals.
- 3–5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in disability or residential care
- Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology/Counselling or relevant field
- Passion for working with persons with special needs
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
- Knowledge of compliance and budgeting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
