Job summary

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and support audits or reviews.
  • Oversee staff performance and training needs.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, funders, and community partners.
  • Build strong relationships to enhance service delivery and organisational goals.
What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in disability or residential care
  • Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology/Counselling or relevant field
  • Passion for working with persons with special needs
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good organisational and administrative abilities
  • Knowledge of compliance and budgeting processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
