A leading property development firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to provide engineering and technical services support for a shopping mall operation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role, which involves ensuring compliance and managing technical staff effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar field.

- Ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and technical services support for shopping mall operation.
- Lead a team to ensure the mall’s facilities operate according to SOP.
- Conduct periodic audits on team readiness in Crisis Management.
