A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including receiving and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience, be able to operate basic warehouse equipment, and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities include conducting stock checks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and improving workflow efficiency. This is a fast-paced role requiring physical fitness and strong attention to detail.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Monitor warehouse workflow and improve efficiency and safety.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
Handle warehouse equipment and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Able to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift – if required).
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, physically fit to handle warehouse tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel/Inventory system).
