Qualifications

• At least 3 years of warehouse/logistics management experience; supervisor or manager experience preferred.

• Familiar with WSH safety standards; forklift license preferred.
• Able to adapt to warehouse environments and work standing for long periods.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

Including receiving, shelving, picking, packing, shipping, and transportation coordination to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe operations.

Monitoring stock accuracy, conducting regular stock takes, reducing inventory discrepancies, and optimizing inventory turnover.

Developing and improving warehouse workflows, SOPs, and layout planning to improve warehousing efficiency and space utilization.

Responsible for warehouse staff scheduling, supervision, training, and performance evaluation to ensure the team meets company operating standards.

Coordinating vehicle arrangements, delivery times, and cargo tracking with the transportation team/carrier to ensure on-time delivery.

Managing warehouse operating costs, including manpower, materials, equipment, and transportation costs, and implementing cost-saving plans.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of warehouse/logistics management experience; experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager is preferred.

Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System), ERP systems, and basic computer operations (Excel, Word).

Possesses team management, communication, coordination, and motivation skills; able to effectively lead the team to achieve KPIs.

Familiar with WSH safety standards; possession of a forklift license (if required) is preferred.

Able to adapt to warehouse environments, handle lightly heavy items, and work standing for extended periods.
