Job summary

A leading company in logistics in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory management, ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment, and support installation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving goods, conducting regular stock counts, and preparing items for daily installations. Looking for Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities
  1. Receive incoming goods, verify quantities and item specifications against purchase orders and supplier documents, report discrepancies and accurately record all items in the inventory system.
  2. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, clearly segregate new stock, reserved stock, returned items, and faulty or damaged items; ensure items are stored logically for easy access and inventory management.
  3. Prepare and pack items required for daily installation jobs, ensure installers sign off on collected stock, and receive and record any unused or returned items promptly.
  4. Conduct regular stock counts, update inventory balances, flag low‑stock or fast‑moving items for replenishment, and assist with scheduled or ad‑hoc stock takes.
  5. Inspect returned items, categorize them as reusable, repairable, claimable, or scrap, update records in the inventory system, and coordinate next steps with Operations or Procurement.
  6. Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, assist with documentation, prepare weekly stock reports, and handle bulky or heavy items safely in accordance with operational guidelines.

  3. Ability to manage stock issuance for installation jobs, prepare and pack items accurately, obtain installer sign‑offs, and promptly record any unused or returned stock.
  4. Proficient in inventory management, conducting regular and ad‑hoc stock counts, maintaining accurate inventory balances, and monitoring low‑stock or fast‑moving items for timely replenishment.
  5. Competent in handling stock returns, systematically classifying items, updating inventory systems, and ensuring appropriate next steps are executed.
  6. Strong ability to enforce warehouse safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, support documentation, and ensure safe handling of heavy or oversized stock.
