Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and support the production team.

Position: Warehouse Assistant – Permanent, Immediate Start
Location: North-East Singapore
Working Hours: Office Hours
Salary: Up to $2800 (Basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods, check delivery documents, and perform initial counts
• Assist IQC personnel with visual inspections and quantity verification
• Handle delivery handovers with delivery personnel
• Pick, prepare, and issue raw materials according to BOM on production work orders
• Post material issues and inventory adjustments in ERP system
• Deliver kitted materials to production line and complete handover documentation
• Complete packaging and dispatch of materials/finished products and related documentation
• Assist production line with auxiliary tasks (cutting cables, labeling, heat‑shrink tubing)
• Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintain a tidy environment
• Perform other temporary duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Requirements:

• ITE Graduate or GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years in a manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse management preferred
• Self‑motivated with a strong work attitude
• Able to work well with colleagues
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
