Job description

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Operations Staff, you will support day‑to‑day warehouse activities, ensure accurate cargo handling, and work closely with the transport team and freight forwarders. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced logistics department.

The company is a growing logistics and transport services provider supporting freight forwarders and cargo companies across Singapore. Our team ensures safe, timely, and reliable cargo movement across air freight, warehouse, and last‑mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cargo & Warehouse Operations

• Perform loading and unloading of cargo safely and efficiently
• Assist in sorting, labelling, and staging cargo for inbound/outbound movement
• Check cargo condition, quantity, and documentation accuracy
• Support daily air freight and transport operations

Inventory & Documentation

• Record cargo movement and update warehouse logs
• Ensure proper handling of delivery orders, airway bills, and related documents
• Assist in stock checks and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation

Transport Coordination

• Work closely with the drivers and transport team on collection and delivery schedules
• Prepare goods for dispatch according to client or forwarder instructions
• Provide operational support to ensure timely cargo movement

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus (not compulsory)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Comfortable with cargo handling and fast‑paced operations
• Team player with good work attitude and reliability
• Detail‑oriented and accountable for own work

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
• Saturday: Half‑day
