Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a dedicated warehouse supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy and manage warehouse workflow. The role includes planning manpower, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining operational standards. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably with fresh, frozen, or FMCG.
• Supervisory experience managing medium-sized teams is an advantage.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation.
• Maintain daily warehouse workflow and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Plan manpower according to workload and assign tasks.

Job description

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (12 hours), 6 days work / 1 rest day
(Rotating Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, correct storage locations and safe goods stacking.

• Maintain smooth daily warehouse workflow and ensure timely fulfilment.

• Plan manpower according to workload and assign tasks fairly.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety procedures and operational standards.

• Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, expiry control and minimise operational losses.

• Implement 6S management to maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

• Assist in audits, reporting and operational improvements.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations (fresh, frozen or FMCG preferred).

• Supervisory experience managing medium-sized teams is an advantage.

• Familiar with WMS and basic warehouse logistics processes.

• Good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
