我们诚聘一名尽职尽责的仓库助理，加入我们 Lyan Trading Pte Ltd 充满活力的团队。作为仓库助理，您将在位于 Ubi Techpark 的仓库设施的高效、平稳运营中扮演重要角色。这是一个全职职位，为您提供在运动营养品批发与零售行业这个不断发展的组织中工作的机会。

您的主要职责

• 接收、卸货并分拣入库的货物和材料。
• B2C&B2B订单履行：准确地进行拣选、包装和为订单发货做准备。
• 为供应给B2B渠道的商品粘贴标签，并带领兼职员工进行标签粘贴工作。
• 维护详细的库存记录并协助进行库存管理。
• 安全高效地操作托盘搬运车和其他仓库设备。
• 去门店里进行货物清点。
• 确保仓库保持清洁、整齐和良好的维护状态。
• 支持 B2C 售后以及其他所需的临时性任务。
• 能在 2026年1月入职。

我们期待您具备

• 至少 1 年电商仓库工作经验，拥有 B2C 订单处理经验。
• 熟悉仓库运营，包括库存管理和仓库设备的使用。
• 出色的细节关注能力和较强的组织能力。
• 良好的沟通和团队合作。
• 积极主动，能遵守指令并在最少的监督下高效工作。
• 身体健康，强壮有力，能够搬运货物。
• 具备双语能力（英语和中文），能说中文、中文打字、并能听懂中文指令。
• 能每周工作 5.5 天：正常工作日上午 9 点至下午 6 点（含 1 小时午餐休息时间）及周六上午 10 点至下午 2 点。

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at Lyan Trading Pte Ltd. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse facility located in Ubi Techpark. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation in the Sports Nutrition Wholesale & Retail industry.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, unload, and sort incoming shipments and materials.
• B2C & B2B Orderfulfillment: accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Pasting labels for goods to be supplied to 2B channels, and lead parttimers for label pasting.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock take at various outlets according to company schedule.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Support B2C aftersales and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Able to start Mid-end November.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience working in a ecommerce warehouse, experience in B2C fulfillment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and the use of warehouse equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Healthy and strong person to move boxes around
• Bilingual, English & Chinese, able to speak & type Chinese and understand instructions in Mandarin
• Able to work 5.5 days / week：normal weekdays 9-6pm (with 1h lunch break) + 10am-2pm on Saturday.
