Warehouse Assistant (12 hours shift)
Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have at least a GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification and minimum 2 years of relevant experience. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. A forklift license and ability to work shifts are necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualifications.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment.
- Possess Forklift license.
- Able to work in shifts (Morning & Night Shift).
Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse activities comply with safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for IQA inspection.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits.

- Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal department on the IQA inspection & ensure materials are received correctly.
- Receive, unpack, and check incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Assist in other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualifications.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Team player and able to work in a face paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Possess Forklift license.
- Able to work in shifts (Morning & Night Shift).
