We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our daily operations and online store.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Packing and preparing parcels for delivery
• Assisting in managing online shop promotions and activities
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Handling company emails
• Using office software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Responsible, organized, and positive working attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to speak and read both English and Chinese (to communicate with customers and handle internal documentation)
