Currently experiencing rapid expansion, its Singapore office is seeking dynamic individuals to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the chosen applicant will collaborate within a team to ensure the precise and punctual completion of period-end accounting procedures and transaction processing. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions comprehensively.
• Providing support during period-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assisting in the preparation of intercompany balance transactions and associated reports.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and processing of all relevant payments.
• Fulfilling general duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team and following instructions accurately.
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Available to commence work immediately or with short notice.
