Job description

• Manage export and cross-strait shipments via SAP system which include bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure accurate billing invoices from all suppliers, timely sending invoices to the finance section, and timely verification of all shipping documents
• Any adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• At least 'O' Level or higher with 1 year of relevant job experience.
• Knowledge and experience in managing trade documents in logistics (Import and Export).
• Ability to use SAP system
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
