Our client is looking for an Executive/Senior Executive Merchandising to manage and support the full spectrum of merchandising and e-commerce activities across themed retail stores and online sales channels.

• Curate and plan merchandise assortments for Pororo Park, Tayo Station, and off-site events based on inventory trends and customer preferences.
• Track stock levels and product shelf life, ensuring timely replenishment and product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology.
• Liaise with suppliers and third-party vendors for product sourcing, pricing negotiations, delivery coordination, and consignment arrangements.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in-store by ensuring displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with floor plans.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, product performance, and consumer engagement.
• Partner with the Marketing team on promotional initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and product partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end logistics and execution of merchandising setups at external events throughout the year.

• Generate and analyze monthly sales reports for Pororo Park, Tayo Station, and external sales channels, identifying key trends and campaign results.
• Prepare inventory reports, including stock-on-hand (SOH), ageing inventory, and restocking recommendations, for submission to Finance and Management.
• Reconcile and report monthly revenue from consignment partners (e.g., Vitakids, Growing Up, Wunderfood).
• Compile merchandising decks for management meetings, covering budget tracking, licensing updates, and strategic recommendations.

• Manage daily online order processing on Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify platforms.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, including stock levels, pricing, and promotions.
• Respond promptly to customer queries across online platforms, maintaining a high level of service.
• Upload and maintain product information and download monthly sales data for reporting purposes.
• Set up and monitor online campaigns and promotional mechanics on e-commerce platforms.

• Attend monthly merchandise review meetings with Licensing and Marketing teams.
• Assist in preparing sales and event-related ad hoc reports as required.
• Carry out any other assignments delegated by the reporting manager.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or e-commerce preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A good eye for visual merchandising and awareness of consumer trends.
• Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to support various projects and events.
• Willing to work occasional weekends or extended hours during key events or stocktakes.
