• Sea freight knowledge (Importing and Exporting / Cross Trades).
• Knowledge of Southeast Asia operations.

Responsibilities

• Handles end-to-end all the operations sea bookings, including document handling and creation.
• Communicates with agents and partners throughout the process.
• Manages internal communications between offices/clients on shipments.
• Creates and manages CargoWise files.
• Ensures systems are updated throughout the process.
• Adheres to processes throughout the shipping process.

Our client is an international freight and shipping company. They are currently looking for a Junior Operations Controller to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Handles end-to-end all the operations sea bookings, including document handling and creation.
• Agent and partner communication and tracking throughout the process.
• Internal communications between offices/ clients on shipments.
• CargoWise file creations and management.
• Ensure systems are kept up to date throughout the process. (CargoWise)
• Ensure processes are being adhered to throughout shipping process.

Qualifications
