Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing HR strategies to support our diverse and expanding business. This is an excellent opportunity for a resourceful and people-focused individual to apply their HR consulting and generalist experience across a broad range of HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Oversee work pass applications, renewals, issuance, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personal files.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and claims processes.
  • Prepare and submit government-related claims as required.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Support and administer the performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Support and manage Learning & Development programs, including maintaining training records and measuring effectiveness.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and support company events.
  • Handle general HR operations, including HR reports and contract renewals.
  • Perform other HR/Admin duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
