Job summary

A leading staffing firm is seeking a Supply Chain Executive in Singapore who will manage demand planning, inventory control, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in logistics/supply chain and be proficient in SAP and Excel. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing monthly reports, and liaising with suppliers. This position promises a five-day work week and is located in the West Side (Tuas area).

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in logistics / supply chain or equivalent.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• Well versed with SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Read and respond to emails.
• Prepare monthly S&OP.
• Coordinate with warehouse operatives on stocktaking.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify invoices and ensure minimal discrepancy.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate sourcing and procurement activities.
