Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage shipping documents and ensure compliance with customer requirements. The successful candidate will prepare vital shipping documents, apply for necessary certifications, and handle data entry. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience. This role offers a salary range of $2,800 to $3,300 and a five-day work week from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list.
- Apply for SFA Export Health Cert and Free Sale Cert.
- Arrange courier of samples and documents.
- Prepare shipping markings.
- Ensure timely compliance with shipping documentation.
- Data entry and filing of documents.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
- Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
- Arrange courier of samples and documents
- Prepare shipping marking
- Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
