Job Responsibilities
  • Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies at PSA ports.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

  • Lead incident investigations, document findings, and recommend preventive measures to minimise workplace risks.

  • Assist in the preparation and updating of safety manuals, procedures, and reports.

  • Serve as a point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns.

  • Organise and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety laws, including MOM, WSH Act, PSA’s safety regulations, and ISO 45001:2018.

  • Work closely with drivers, ground crew, and operational teams to enhance safe work practices.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, PSA authorities, and internal stakeholders on safety-related matters.

  • Maintain records and documentation related to safety incidents, audits, and training sessions.

  • Champion safety initiatives and continuous improvements in workplace health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a safety-related role, preferably in logistics.

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate workers from diverse backgrounds.

  • Proactive, observant, and able to respond quickly to safety concerns.

  • Willing to be stationed at PSA ports and work in a dynamic operational environment.
