Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and system updates according to WI and SOP.
• Plan and optimize warehouse space, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to meet targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Manage warehouse consumables, equipment maintenance, and material readiness.
• Ensure workplace safety and high housekeeping standards (5S).
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff; support skill development.
• Review and update SOPs; drive initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff; support skill development and performance reviews.
• Review and update SOPs; drive initiatives to improve efficiency, workflow, and service quality.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
